Spacers

Hey everybody. I'm going to order 15 and 25 mm spacers from Eibach. I'm going to keep my stock rims and tires on. I believe my car has air suspension. Because i'm not raising our lowering my car, I don't need to buy springs or anything? Anybody know?

spacers

Well I see alot of people that have bought spacers say they have bought springs too. I assumed they are buying springs because they are lowering the car. I'm not trying to lower or raise my car. I just want to change the stance on my car. Just want to make sure just buying the spacers is all I need for what I want to do.

Most of us that have spacers don't have them on stock rims......we use the wheel spacers with custom rims to help give it a flush clean look. what do you want to change about the stance of you car?

Well, I like the stock rims. I just want the stance to be more firm. In other words, I want the wheels to line up with the body of the car.

oooh, I seee.

Naw, you dont need springs or anything else if you just want the your wheels to sit more flush. Just grab a tape measure and see what size you'll need.

good luck!

**However, if you were lowering your car you'd want to buy spacers last.

I would put spacers in the back, not the front. What do you mean by "stance more firm?" Adding spacers is not going to make the car feel any different. Stance 'generally" refers to lowering your car. 25mm spacers will more than likely push the wheels outside of the recommended offset.

Actually, spacers do change the feel of a cars handling...by creating a wider stance...which has nothing to do with lowering.

Your right, it will descrease body roll and better turning (?). What I mean by my statement was the car wont feel more firm going over potholes. Im still abit confused about what the OP is getting after. Just the look? or handling? or the way the ride feels. "Stance" in cars usually refers to a collection of lowering, spacers, and rims. A car with just spacers isnt really "stanced" IMO.

I think he just wants it to look nice....which is great.
The OEM wheels are kinda sunk-in with the offsets they've opted to go with from the factory
