Zimmermann Rotors and Akebono pads. Break squeal can be casued by a few differnt things though. You may just need to add some grease.

Akebono pads! Your wheels will stay clean.

Agreed...most times if your brakes are squealing they are worn. if they are not worn, you need to take the pads out and apply some grease to the back of them and the brake pad cradle on the caliper.

I used Stop Tech rotors and pads on my car and absolutely love them. I think they brake better versus the Zimmerman - Akebono setup.

Rotors and pads wont throw codes. Only a worn brake sensor will. You can order from FCPEuro.com or other online sellers.

Yeah I am. But work 24/7 it's hard to get a chance and go through it all, and a lot of the stuff I found was a little dated, and I know products change every year. Just want to make sure I'm up on the latest info. But I'm deff learning a lot more about my car with this forum.

Lol! Excellent respond and good way to say on the good side of members on here. Wheels look good but may need to clean up or powder coat your rotors since the wheels have a lot of gap

As long as you like them. If we all had the same taste then we would have nothing to talk about

Right!!! Yeah that's the look I'm going for, but the wait game has deff got me itching for them. I wouldn't have went with concave if it didn't have a lip on it. I look for at wheels for at least a month and was goin to get these split 5 spoke and I saw these. I had to get them. I'm still feeling the burn from the price though, but you have to pay to play!!!!

I've been contemplating on what to do with my car. It's barely driven but I love it soo much! owned it since 05 and all the work and efforts I've put in that it's hard to let go. It's been paid off for over 4 years now which is a nice thing. I may purchase a new set of concave wheels with a lip on monday if my car doesn't get sold by an eager buyer. I have a 2009 currently that I purchased for resale in Dubai for a client. Been driving that for a month. It's nice but not nice enough for me to pull the trigger and add an additional 700-800$ a month payment. I'd rather hold off and get an 2011 alpina b7 or something else

@ Quarter - Ditch the lip m8! Get a concav design that goes all the way to the edge. It will look way better.

-Sidenote- You go to Dubai a lot? I want to get into IT over there but don't have any contacts or hookups.
