Haha!

Well... CABimmernation IMO, set the bar over here for the F01/F02 with regards to modding.
I intend to raise it!
I keed, I keed!

But one thing about me is that when I have a "vision" for my vehicle, I see it thru rather quickly. The tires are Toyo. And I agree with ya on more folks modding these cars and more importantly, remaining here at the Fest to share in their experiences!

I am waiting for a few modifications to take place before I change my signature...

Oh no question!
And here is a head on shot today in afternoon sun:

The inner rings are much brighter even before the swap. That's why I was curious if there were more than one bulb per side...?

Lights look great. I will pick some up today. I ordered my Akebono Eur919 pads from Advance Autoparts online. I got them for $53.99 with free shipping and $25 off by bundling with another item to spend $75. You have to spend $75 to get free shipping and the $25 off. This was the best price I could find. Akebono did me right by sending me a free set of the front pads to try out.

Will the 305s fit with the offset on the F01. I didnt think we could go that wide. I figured even 295 might be too much...

All I can add is that I have 295 22"s with a 10MM spacer. The Rep at Schnitzer has assured me that I can drop the car 1.4" with no issues even with active rear wheel steer, he added that he has seen 24"'s on these cars dropped with no issues. As for 305's I do not know but maybe it helps the frame of reference. Note: I am still awaiting my springs from HAMANN to drop it.

I too have springs in route: H&R sport. I wanted to drop it before installing my 22's because it's easier for alignment. But now I'm wondering if my 305's may pose an issue?

We shall soon see....

I still can't believe these whack ass offsets these cars have out back???
I mean +38??? Are you sh1ttin me!

I assume you have a thread with your new 22's? Can you kindly link me to pics?

Why are you getting 305 for the rears? What's the width of the new wheels in the rear? Buddy of mine has 305 In the rear but his wheel width is 12" In the rear

For some reason... They are much more soft on this application than my e65. But I can adjust to it. I can't even fathom stock ubber dusty pads fracking up my new wheels.
If I didn't know any better... I'd say the factory BMW pads were made from charcoal.

The brakes are indeed softer but with the stock brakes, I notice that sometimes when its about to stop it just grabs and makes you almost lunge in your seat a bit. I feel the akenebos are much smoother all the way to the stop. A big plus for me!
