5th to 2nd

I'm sorry for not understanding my message, well thank you for reply. I'll try to explain one more time. While driving on hwy at about 70 mph car started to slow down. After i pulled to the side it wouldn't start. The next day at the dealer they have told me that I have downshifted form 5th to 2nd gear, and I blew the engine which didn't happend. The car is under bumper to bumper warranty for another 20,000.00 miles, and it won't be cover under it. Well, if that's the case I will have to pay $11,000.00 for new engine which is impossible, also I am thinking to get an attorney and sue them.
