need help with window regulator and sunroof motor

i need help with the drive side window regulator and also the sunroof motor.

window regulator:

can someone please tell me how to put it, and if the window is missing anything, how do i fix it etc? i got the car without a window regulator, so i'm not sure what is suppose to look like this car and etc.

sunroof motor.

so at first i thought the motor could be dead (the previous owner said) so i took the headliner off to see what exactly could be wrong. well the motor wasn't screwed in, so i screwed it in, now the switch was missing so i could one at the junkyard, but the connections were different, so i cut 2 of the tires (brown and red) and connected it with the other ones, which gave light to the switch while the car was off. but, where do the other wires go, did i wire it wrong? also, where does the pink/purple connecter thing go?
i got another window regulator from the junkyard, should i use that one?

this is the one i picked up at the junkyard:

This didn't help?

Or this?

Or even this?

Those were on the FIRST page of the link that Ed (jonesin) posted. If you actually watched those and you feel they did not help, take your car to someone who know how to fix BMW windows, because you aren't going to find any more specific and helpful instructions than those.
