Crank shaft pos. Sensor missing

Hello all,

So while changing a hose and thermostat on my car I suddenly noticed that I don't have a crank sensor. I'm very confused and am not sure if it could have an alternate location or not. From my searches the answer to the latter is no. I am on a phone currently so I apologize if this was written poorly. Any help appreciated.

It's not missing, you have an M52 so it goes in the back.

Any errors in this post are purely Swype's fault, not mine.
