Small triangle orange warning sign

Hi Guys,
Due to pick up my 06 M5 on Friday, its just had a clutch & dual mass & is a really tidy car.
My only slight concern is, on the SMG gear change mode indicator on the bottom of the dash is a very small orange warning triangle.
In the I drive it shows as the oil levels low & I have a bulb out, would this be an indicator to check the I drive messages or something else?
Thanks in advance

The warning triangle is probably the bulb out. Toggle the BC button on turn signal and you can pull up the oil gauge on the M5. It will tell you exactly how low the oil is. Remedy these issues and the triangle will go out.
