A Little Pain On Front Grill Chrome

So I got a 328i coupe that was a CPO and when i was looking it over I saw some black paint on the front grill that looked like it had spilled there, as if the bottle of touch up paint had spilled and been left to dry. I scraped it off with my finger...BUT

Here is another interesting problem.....the fog lights did not work so the dealer said they had been connected wrong....

I want to hope that maybe a wire was knocked when a bulb was changed or something and this is why they did not work

I just hope that my car was not wrecked and offered as a CPO

On the plus side...It drives great and the interior looks great...

Any thoughts??

what does the dealer mean when he says the fog lamps were connected wrong, you would think if some replaced a lamp they would turn the lamp on to see if they WORK after the repair

sounds like a lame answer to me
best go back and ask some real questions
