Anyone ever take there 328i or 330 series down the blueridge parkway and try some of the sporty road trails like the diamondback of tail of the dragon? Thinking of doing them in a few weeks when the blue ridge opens up.

Two years ago I drove (almost) cross-country from AZ primarily to drive the Tail of the Dragon. The conditions were perfect -68 degrees and clear. I can't recommend driving this route strongly enough. BTW, along the route there was a person taking photos of the vehicles driving past him, and he posted them on the internet. He took four pics of my car - three coming and one going. I subsequently brought them up when I returned home, and showed my wife. Apparently my enthusiasm showed, because she ordered a blow-up of one of them, had it framed, and gave it to me as a Christmas present. It's proudly hanging in my 'cave'.
