I don't know if this had been stated but are the newer 7s bulbs different or just the set up. Would be awesome if this whole time we could have got them from the dealer but I think they have an opening in the bottom of the angel eye rings that help illuminate them.. Not sure, I'm new here lol

The whole system is completely different. It can be retrofitted but the $5kish cost makes no sense.

I am currently using LED's (20 Watts per side) which, as stated in many threads are too dim during a sunny day, but I just saw 35Watt LED's on the German Ebay site.

Wondering if there is anyone in Germany who might want to give it a try. I still prefer the look of LED over some colored bulbs...

But these are halogen bulbs right?

Why not find 7K xenon bulbs?

You can't use hid/ xenon in the housing due to heat and LED bulbs are too dim in daylight. There will never be a perfect solution, but these are by far the best I have seen. It's a night and day improvement over the piss yellow stock bulbs....

i would recommend LED's in place in halogen bulbs, they will all dim when the headlights are turned on.

We haven't found any that are still bright in normal daylight...

On a side note... As a PRIME member @ Amazon, I hate when have to order from non Amazon fulfilled orders. I'm used to one and two day deliveries.

Anyone know how these compare to the 7500 GP Thunders?
I have them in my X5 and they're okay, but if these are the same it's not worth the trouble as swapping out the H8 bulbs are PIA in the X

Mine says it shipped on the 8th, paid on the 5th. Tracking provided however does not return anything. Emailed seller. Hope this is not one big hassle!
