Look whiter in daytime, but when the headlights turn on they look just as yellow as the old ones.

Are those the Nokyas?

Ironically, I just got mine in the mail but my car is in the shop til next week.

Then I can compare my Hoen to the Nokya. Most likely I will end up with e92Lighting LED setup.

Did you order from Amazon too? That dipsh1t sent via 1st Class Bulk which is the longest possible cheapskate method of shipping.

Something looks wrong with your lights, like the bulbs are not installed all of the way.

Alright Guys,

I ordered the NOK7423 - NOKYA ARCTIC WHITE H8 35W 7000K Head Light Bulb 5790, that Emilner tried and posted his results, Thank You!

I always hated that piss yellow around the lights and was really starting to bug the hell out of me. I have been reading the various forums and there seemed to be all types of issues with the various manufactures from error codes to running too hot and burning out.

I figured, for $ 22.00 shipped I would give it a try, what the hell. Today I installed these bulbs and I am extremely pleased with the results. With the Daytime running lights, there is a very small trace of the yellow and they look awesome. With the headlights on, there is a little bit more yellow seen, but not the piss yellow that we were all accustomed to. I would recommend to all who hate that yellow piss ring to give them a try. It only took me about 10 minutes to install both.

Good Luck Guys

I will also post some pics at night as soon as the Vegas sun goes down

They are the Nokya and they are screwed all the way in. Agree with above post, trace of yellow in day but more yellow with lights on. Still much nicer than original.

Mine got lost in the mail. Good times. Will probably just ask for refund and keep my Phillips. Just my luck.

Here some pics I took last night. As you can see there is a trace of the yellow but it is not the piss yellow that I hated. so for $22.00, I can deal with this and I am happily pleased with the results. They do look a lot better with just the Day Time Running Lights on!

Ok gang, so I got my Nokyas in the mail yesterday. Put one in to compare to my PIAAs and loved it!

So, I installed the other Nokya. Well.... NOW I get an error message about my DRLs?!!?

Anybody else have this issue? They look good, but if they throw codes, it kind of defeats the purpose.

I can't seem to figure out why they would throw a code!

Yep, the box has them as 35 / 55 watts.

They're only sold as those, so I don't know what to do. Anybody else have this issue?

No, I first bought 50w bulbs by accident- they looks exactly the same.

Do your lights shut off after 5 minutes?

Uggggh. I think I did. I was told these would work. Well, at least I can return them and get the lower wattage ones!

Oddly enough, I just got back into the car and drove for about 30 minutes with no warning or error codes. Maybe the car has adapted to the new bulbs? They are on and working. Guess I'll just wait and see...

Tried 35W Nokyas in my 2010 today, no error codes, but they were not nearly as bright as Emilner's appear, more like mcorf's photo. Gets rid of the yellow, but rather low output in my car makes it not feel like a solution. They were screwed in all the way.

Not bad for $22 though. It was super sunny today, I'll try them for a while.

I don't see how the bulbs are not bright in some cars. They are 35w bulbs so the only difference should be color....

I kept one in from the previous ones I bought and the new ones and I think in the day light they are hard to see, and at night, still yellowish but not as bad. I think this is a lost cause for our cars unless you get the HID kits which will melt your wires, or swap out for the coronas. Either way, our flagship headlights look like the 2002 5 series angel eyes when I believe they were first released...

I wonder if you got the right bulbs- you can see from my pictures that the lights are clearly bright in direct sunlight and has no yellow in day or night conditions...
