I must be nuts

Hello.
I have the perfect 2011 328 x drive, sport package, premium, navigation, with a rare 6 speed manual. I am half way thru my lease and I miss my prior 5 series. This car is great but a bit small for my needs. Want to go back to a 5.
I put it up on Swap a Lease and no bites yet.... About 10 days. I only have 12.5K on the car so someone would get 22.5 K to enjoy over the next 17 months.
The car is black sapphire with oyster leather interior, garage kept, no accidents. Am I missing something? Shouldn't it be gobbled up by now?
GJSnow.

I think the 6MT is rare because its less attractive to the general public which cuts the potential buyers pool down quite a bit.

Out of curiosity, what would the other "fees" be in such a swap?

$500 at least with BMW Finance. They have to vet you before you can take over the lease. Then what ever the current occupier of the car thinks they need to recoup from any down payment.

Correct. $500, paid by the buyer to BMWFS. Then the buyer takes over the lease payments and pays the appropriate state taxes. The buyer also pays the $350 disposal fee at the end of the lease if they do not get another BMW. (If the buyer is far away, they pay the auto transport fees too.)
The lease payments are different for every car based on the down payment, money factor, terms, etc. In my case, the monthly payment is around $565 over the next 17 months.
This of course carries with it a lot of unused miles... 22,500. If someone was legitimate I would probably sweeten the deal too! The down payment has already been paid on the car and that is why Swap a Lease is so attractive to a lot of people. They get the monthly payments in a short term lease without the inception fees.
