Mein Auto: 530I/5SC 97-528/5
97-528 AC down

With AC ON.

Aux fan is running.
Compressor is not engage.
No cold air.
Checked.
Compressor clutch supply voltage present with A/C ON is good. See images.

Compressor clutch supply voltage with A/C OFF. See image.

From above readings with A/C ON and OFF, it is safe to say fuses and DME is working orderly.

The next thing I want find out is A/C system pressure. I'm thinking of by-passing the pressure switch at the drier, however there are four wires as shown in images below.

Would any of you know the ID of each wire?
My guessing is

Brown = ground
Blue/blk = ???
Gray/blacks= High/Low pressure?

Here are the images of the pressure sensor connector.

TIA.

Bad news. Even with pressure switch bypassed compressor refused to kick in. Dis-appointing.
