740i check collant level?

Hi everyone! Im new owner of 1995 740i and i love it. This car needs a bit of love, its my weekends car and i want to keep it the way she came from factory. I get the above message, but its all seems to be ok. I was taking to my father which is in different country and he said something about the air in collant system or collant level sensor. What do you think? Anyone can point me in right direction and tell me how to get it fixed. Another problem is that wipers stopped working, but the windscreen washer jets are working. Also windscreen water tank has some kind of sensor with cable and is rusted and broken, needs replecment. Whats the correct name? for it?
Thanks for the help

DO NOT PUT WATER IN YOUR CAR. Only put a mix in it. Not just radiator fluid and not just water has to mid or things can get worse fast.
