BMW Seattle service
We are in the Seattle area for Supercross this weekend, took the X5 into BMW Seattle for service and was treated very well. I had emailed them about two weeks in advance asking for an appointment on the 18th and was assigned an SA with an early appointment. I had enclosed problems I had encountered since owning it, long story short - they did the usual service including engine service, cabin filters, wiper blades front and rear, new battery due to the EDC malfunction problem and a reprogram of the transmission to address the hesitation and subsequent abrupt engagement after a stop. All at no charge to me along with a very nice interior clean up which was almost to the point of detailing.
I also talked to the F&I person regarding extending the warranty, good explanation of the available levels. Once again, excellent service and actually listened and answered my questions.
All in all very courteous and friendly service experience. It did mean we had to leave it overnight, but my DIL was available to drop me off and pick me up.
