Wheel fitment advice

Hello,

I am new to the forum and need some help/advice for a 2010 328iX Coupe with Sports package. I recently bought @ Tirerack a set of 18" wheels ( 8x18, ET40, 5-110 with 235/40-18 ) and was wondering if anybody has any experience or advice on how to fit these on the E90. Was thinking wheel adapter but not sure if I'll still clear the inside and/or wheel arches. Not sure either if wobble bolts will work...

Thank you,
Tom

The ET40 is close enough to the 36/37 OEM fitment that they should just work. It's not clear though whether the fronts will rub - the 4 mm + 10 mm wider tire/wheel than OEM might make it.

Spacers will make it worse; wouldn't do that.

See http://blog.tirerack.com/blog/tire-r...-is-rim-offset and related articles.

How about calling Tirerack and asking them? They sold the wheels, they should be able to tell you how to install them. If they are the wrong wheels, find out before you try to install them.
