Angel eyes

Does anyone know of a way to add a pair of these to a 2013 X3 that did not come with them out of the factory? I regret buying right off the lot and not factory ordering one but it's too late for that.

Any ideas would be great.

Thanks,
Kevin

I have looked at those online but I'm not sure if they are compatible with the new F-generation cars, such as the new X3. I could be wrong though.

What Scott suggested could be retrofitted to any BMW regardless of series,
But the problem with that is you have to open the housing and make some modifications and tap into the existing DRL cable to power the angel eyes, but this is the closest you will get to the real thing, and of course you might need a pro to open the housing.

The other option is too keep on a lookout on eBay for a pair of xenon headlights for the F25 and get someone to code out the errors out.

Both options are costly just to let you know.

Ah I see. I think I may browse through eBay then. And by costly do you mean a few hundred or thousand? As long as they look similar to OEM Angel Eyes then I am satisfied

Thanks for your help guys,
Kevin

The install on the X6 with the LUX was dead simple. and pretty inexpensive
don't know how involved our F25 would be to install

If you do the angel eye retrofit, it really depends on the labor of the installer would charge you plus additional equipment might pass around 500-600 not sure.
I saw your profile that you are located in Albany, I would suggest contacting people there http://www.oneightynyc.com/, they do quality retrofit on angel eyes on BMWs , but they are located in Brooklyn,
I got my car coded there and they are nice people!

If you buy the OEM xenon headlight housing it would cost around 600-800 per headlight, and BMW may accept it as a part of your cars warranty.

Even if you add the LED angel eyes, you will still have those mismatch yellow halogen low beams.

I would strongly suggest not to mention this to your dealer because, they will tell you bs stuffs to make you want to make you spend a sht load of money, dealer will get suspicious that will lead to void your headlight warranty.

I think it doesn't matter at night, as long you have the Halos as you DRL your golden, who uses their low beams during the day?
IMO people without DRLs :P
