Car rumbling 323i

So my new issue is that anytime i step on the gas the car begins to rough idle and i get the ignition coil 2 misfire but i just fixed it. and i got a code about secondary air pump bank one. issues. very weird please help

How many miles on that car, and what kind of maintainance has been done on it ?

173k Miles and replaced coils and spark plugs

could be VANOS thing, my friend owns an E46 M3 and had the same symptoms, turned out the timing was all off on the cams (he installed a brand new VANOS kit), got it reprogrammed and is working perfect

Check this view out, sounds like one of the vacuum lines coming off of the secondary air pump is leaking - it runs along the side and around the back of the valve cover.

Concentrate on all #4s, 7s vacuum lines and the #9 cap.
Look at the #3 hard plastic line closely too, it is probably very brittle.
