Which cord to go with?

Hello all, I am just starting into coding, and I am not sure what cord to get. I did a search but never came up with a definite answer. I have seen a few on Ebay from Romania and Hong Kong for $35 but want it to work well and be fairly simple. I consider myself pretty good with computers. I also have an E65 if that matters. Thanks for your help!
