Help with my alignment

I just had a new set of Michelin PSS mounted and balanced. I got an alignement and there seems to be corrections needed!

-I get noise and slight vibration when going 60mph+, will re-aligning help with this?
-I have new shocks being mailed to me and i plan to mount them soon. Can i wait until this is done to re-check alignment or will the tires/handling suffer?
- Is it easy to adjust the Toe on these cars ourselves?

as a side note...The driver side rear is leaking air. I have to re-inflate every 24hrs. I hope this can be rectified by the tire shop when i take it there tomorrow.

Alignment will not help with vibration. Wait until you install your suspension before you have them do a final alignment. I have never done a toe my self.

I also just got PSS and the car feels very loose now. I got an alignment to correct some minor issues so I know that is good. I pumped the tires up to 38/43 and things got a little better but now the bumps are almost as bad as they were with the RF tires. Overall the grip is tremendous but the straight line feel that I loved so much is gone. These minor issues would not be noticeable to a normal person but we, as bmw owners, we are not normal.

"These minor issues would not be noticeable to a normal person but we, as bmw owners, we are not normal." - I agree with you on that brother! i just feel like its not as smooth as it should be and that passengers notice and it bugs me.

What sort of noise? Tires are never silent so increasing tread noise at highway speeds is to be expected.

Vibration, however: Given that you just had tires mounted, my money is on bad wheel balancing. 60-70mph is the sweet spot for vibrations induced by wheel imbalance. A slight, rapid vibration that begins around this speed, varies slightly in frequency as your speed changes, and fades somewhat as you go slower or faster, is often caused by one or more poorly-balanced wheels.

If you can feel the vibration through the steering wheel when you hold the wheel lightly with your fingertips, it is usually a front wheel. If you cannot feel it in the steering wheel but rather sense it throughout the car or in the seat of your pants, it is usually a rear wheel.

Sloppy balancing plus a slow leak on a freshly-mounted tire...methinks you need to find a better tire shop.
