Thinking of buying 06 330I (sport, prem, nav) but has been in accident... help!!

Hey there thinking of buying a 06 330I with 57k miles and it looks very clean. Its black/black has premium/sport and Idrive. (I think Xenon and L7 are stock on 330I in 06) like I said the car looks very very clean. Its listed at 15,999$ from a used dealership, too good to be true right? yupp its been in accident, Airbags deployed. It states it was on the first owner way back in December of 2006 and this owner was leasing it. So im wondering a couple things here on the accident.... also it said it hit a tree lol......

A. Since it was under lease does that mean bmw fixed it...?

B. How much should an accident "neglect" the price of this vehicle? KBB states 20,500$ with all these options and mileage.

C. Damages "possibly" minimal since it was in contact with a tree and not another vehicle? (or the other way around....?)

Thank you all for help. Carfax doesn't show much else other than the other owner.

A. No.

B. Not a "Too good to be true" price.

C. "The other way around." - another car moves/gives, not a fixed object. Trees are fixed objects, they don't have any give.

Airbags deployed. Unless I had some pretty specific information that confirmed the wreck with the tree was pretty minor I would move on from buying this car from an independent used car dealer.

I just got an 06 330i no idrive or sport with 84k one owner perfect history no accidents for $14k. If you can get an independent inspection done they can probably give you a good idea about the damage. Then if you still like it I wouldn't pay more than $14.5k since you are looking at low mileage and premium package however the wreck should move it down. Use edmunds value to negotiate.
