What Goes Here?

After I installed the fog light mod/switch I noticed this space below the molding. It looks like a cut out but I don't know what should be there. Is there a gap behind this so it could be used as a storage cubby?

TIA
DLM

Having a hard time making it out. Any chance you can post a larger pic?

I'll try to fix the picture, not sure what happened.

But, to answer part of my own question, I grabbed a tool an popped it out. There is a space back there. Its not very large, but could be used for a small shelf or cubby.

Anyone know a good dash modder in Houston? I'd really like to try and make something out of this.

Lane Departure Warning button, HUD button, Active Blind Spot button, Night Vision button, something else... maybe Active Cruise Control button? I only have the first three of these.

Our car has an actual little storage below that area and I think I see that in your photo; so in the area you circled "jdubbs" is correct. There can be a number of buttons there .. HUD, Lane Departure, Blind Spot, Night Vision and maybe Collision Warning?
