ED invoice price?

Being new to the BMW ED program, I need to determine the base ED invoice price for a 2005 325i before approaching a dealership. Am I correct in assuming the base ED invoice price is that given on BMWNA's wholesale price list rather than the ED price stated on the 'Suggested Retail' price list? txs!
