bmw seat "vest" or seat "cover?"

I would like to buy seat covers for my front leather seats so I don't stick to them this summer. BMW sells "easy on easy off seat covers" which look rumpled but thicker than the trimmer "seat vests." Does anyone have experience with either of these covers? I like the look of the vests better I just don't know if they are too thin to keep the leather seats cooler. Thanks!
