E63 / E64 6 Series (2004 - 2010)
The E63/E64 BMW 6 Series builds on BMW's sporty heritage with aggressive lines and an incredible motor to back the design up. Available in coupe and convertible trims with a standard 4.8 liter engine producing 360 horsepower and 360 lb-ft of torque, the 6-series is a popular choice that exceeds expectations.

A Welsh Tail?

I just returned from spending a few weeks in Wales and Cornwall. In Wales I stumbled onto a Welsh version of our Tail of the Dragon. It's highway A4069 and runs over the Black Mountain Pass in the west side of Breacon Beacons National Park. One similarity is that it's 12 miles with no side roads. One dissimilarity is that I didn't have to watch for sheep on the road in North Carolina. There doesn't seem to be as many turns (I didn't count) and most aren't as tight as the Tail. But it was a fun drive nonetheless.

Disclaimer: the video is not mine - I found it on YouTube.

Hello! That is an excellent road to drive on! Lovely scenery as well ! The road is also used by the Top Gear TV programme for testing the top end marques. Hate to say this but the Police love that road as well, lots of people to catch speeding through, thinking WOW great road have to go faster THEN ping radar traps........ Makes me feel like pouring cold water on your enjoyable journey, but sometimes local knowledge goes a long way!!!!!!! When no one is around it is brilliant!!!!! ~Plus those Top Gear guys never seem to get caught !!!

Always said I would go back to a 6 series
