A descent paint shop should be able to repaint the bumper for about 2-300 bucks.

it looks like the bumper got a bit messed up (wavy lines at the top right side) and may need to be refinished as well. A front bumper refinishing with all the labor to put it on and off, respray, etc should be around 500-700 dollars at a top notch shop. Make sure they DISASSEMBLE EVERYTHING and that they only repaint the cover and not the misc trim. As well make sure the PDC & headlight washers work when you pick the car up.

Also this might be a good time to get your angel eyes replaced with LED's and maybe upgrade the fogs/headlights

The last time I checked (a while ago) the MTEC V3's were pitted against umnitza's angel eyes. I think more people on the forum have MTEC angel eyes since they are cheaper and last longer. I'll let more folks chime in on this since I'm not 100% certain

sorry to bud in, but it's the other way around, Mtecs are more expensive and are built at the same factory as our V6.

We now have a VXX which is brighter than the V6.

We offer an error free Canbus HID kit for your fogs - it's $95 on our site in the HID xenon section.
