Say BMW

Just got first Bimmer Tuesday. '99 528i w/ 119k on the clock. Drives great, no squeaks or rattles. Interior in great shape for age. Body straight, but looks kinda like it got hammered with a baseball bat. Love it. Wife told me I can't say BMW without smiling ear to ear. I asked, ...and your point??

Congratulations on getting your first. Nothing like seeing that blue and white emblem when you approach.

Thank you! and congrats to you!

I went from a pick up to a Bimmer. I am very humble but when people asked what I drove I would hesitate to say Bimmer cause I didnt wanna put them down if that makes sense haha

Grats enjoy the ride. I'm looking for another Bimmer, love these cars. Why the hell is it so hard to find one with a manual? Sheesh.

Drivers side window regulator crapped out today. Heard a clunk and window went up crooked. Removed door panel and old regulator. Window taped closed. Cannot get regulator until tomorrow. How difficult is it to reinstall?? Should I just let mech put it in quick? I can reinstall door panel and vapor barrier easily. Just unsure how much,if any, adjustment is needed.
