Pulling Right and Steering Rack

My 2011 pulls to the right and also has the steering rack "clunk". Someone on another forum posted that their pulling problem was fixed by "spring perch" replacement and that there was a buliten for this fix out there. Anyone have a copy or know the SIB number?

I'm going to the dealer on Friday for service and I'm also wondering how much of an issue the steering rack "clunk" is on these cars. It seems some people have had them replaced, others have lived with it, and some dont have it at all. Should I push for a replacement rack?
