Need your help_How to disconnect the Trans Wire Harness Plug

Need your help as I have a trans fluid leak at the Wiring Harness plug into the trans. I want to change the two o rings, but don't know how to unplug the harness. I can remove the clip but need to unplug and then push the receiver side through the trans to get to the o rings. Can someone tell me the trick to disconnecting the harness. Photos attached. thanks E34 540i

Hey Kenny. The love's here, we just didn't know the answer to your question.

Glad you got it figured out and posted the solution Now others can learn from you.

Also, if that is on your 528, then that's an E39 and it may not be the same as the E34.
