It is truly amazing that I need to " play " mechanic, dealer just called and stated : " No diesel fuel is leaking " ??? I never stated that, I stated that the EGR cooler is leaking as their is soot all over the valve, I e mailed a picture and then they agreed that they would be replacing the valve, they are also replacing the radiator cap as I just had it in for service and they overfilled the coolant again and damaged the cap in the process ( extremely loose ) , I am having a hard time understanding why a " tech" can not understand between min and max !
The only reason I continue to use this dealer is the convenience of being 10 minutes from my house.
