Looking to change my fluids...

I'm looking to change all my fluids in my 2007 BMW 328i 6MT with 150,000kms.

I called the local BMW dealership the other day to get prices for all the fluids. I wanted to see if I should pick the fluids up at ECStuning since I'm heading to Niagara Falls next Saturday to pick up my rims, car parts, and detailing stuff.
They told me for my manual and differential fluid I would have to look at the casing to know exactly which fluid to use and also with the power steering fluid is either ATF or CHF 11S.

Since I'm planning to use Redline or Royal Purple I was wondering if it would be ok to use them instead for my transmission and differential. I'm thinking of ordering all the fluids at ESCtuning unless someone knows of another place with better prices in the States.

Fluids I'm looking to purchase:

-Coolant
-Power Steering
-Brake
-Transmission
-Differential

plug your VIN into realoem.com to find what fluids you need.

Redline seems like a good choice for diff/mt. Their site has a selection guide.

I went to NAPA and Partsource today for Pentosin CHF 11S and for 1L the wanted around $45 after taxes. I guess I'll order some with my other car parts from the US when I cross over to NY to pick them up next week. Just wondering if 1L will be enough?

Also didn't find the Pentosin CHF 11S on ECStuning or bavauto. Anyone know where else I can get it from?
