High Pressure Fuel Pump

My 2008 335xi was recently diagnosed with fault codes 29DC and 29F2 for the high pressure fuel pump. I thought that there was a service bulletin for providing a warranty for 10 years and 120k miles. Yet the warranty department and dealership stated my car isn't covered yet BMW will not put anything in writing as to why? The warranty Dept refused to provide a supervisor when I requested. Anyone have any insight on the fuel pump issue?

Does the car have a salvaged title or was the vehicle involved in the BMW buy back program?

Neither I purchased the car from military sales in Germany as a Demo with only 200 miles.

Is the dealer in Germany?

It is only a sales program for Americans on military orders overseas. Initial service was provided by the local German Dealerships and once I returned back to the US the warranty information had to be set up with BMW NA

Call BMWNA they should be able to address your issue with the dealer.
