Aftermarket exhaust

Can someone help me? I bought this car from the dealership used. I am trying to find out whether or not the exhaust system is stock or aftermarket. I don't see a converter and it looks like true dual exhaust. I want to know if it's stock or not because the car also has a JB4 N54 tuning harness installed.

I understand that they all have dual exhaust but I don't see any catalytic converters?

That's the stock exhaust. The real giveaway is that the entire thing is a single piece of metal.

The converters are dead center in your second picture.

And don't I know it haha. I just replaced mine with an AE Performance CBE and ended up having the shop cut mine in two pieces just to fit in in my cars to transport it.

Oh, and if you're wondering that stock exhaust weighs in at 74 lbs...

That's the weight of sturdy, built-to-last German engineering. It'll out-last you and I.

CAL, I most definitely wholeheartedly agree. That piece of sturdy German engineering will outlast the roaches and most likely our very own Sun. So, a toast... Here's to the survival of our stock exhaust systems! May they ever fight the battles of oxidation!
