OEM Upgraded Exhaust and Air Intake

To keep warranty and give my 2011 Touring (E91) a bit of a boost I was thinking about the OEM versions of these upgrades.

Question, anyone have experience with both on a non turbo (328iX) and second will there be a side benefit of increased gas milage if I keep my foot out of it or do I just get to grin a lot?
