Please help

A few days ago I went to unlock my car with my remote and the alarm went crazy . It wouldn't turn off and the headlights kept flashing . When it finally stopped the interior lights stopped working as well as the windshield wipers, interior button to lock doors and the bottom tailgate. The remote no longer works to unlock the doors . It only works to open the top taligate . So strange to me . I checked all the fuses and nothing seems to be blown out . I did not check the windshield wiper fuse as I couldn't locate it . What could possibly make all these things stop working at the same time ??? Please help!
