Koni Yellow shocks 2006 E90 330xi triggers DSC

Recently I had Koni Yellow shocks (should be on default softest setting) installed at 4 corners (using original OEM struts, OEM springs), had 4 wheel alignment, using DWS tires.

I noticed that when I corner relatively fast, DSC comes on and slows certain wheels.
This never happened before with the OEM shocks. So far it only happens at the same area of road (in dry weather, no sand).

Any ideas?

Could be a shock/spring mis-match. Most who stick with the OEM springs use the FSD variants.

This morning I am noticing a grinding noise coming from the rear when I brake.
This particular issue is fixed after rotor/pad replacement.

Still have to re-test DSC issue.
