Rough idling on 2007 328i

Confused. Just changed my oil, and now car is idling very rough, almost like it will stall. I have been having intermittent check engine light on and off, checked codes, got P1553( I believe I got 1554 before as well), and now , P1415(secondary air injection system bank 1). Idling is worse now that I changed the oil for some reason. Took Vanos Solenoids out, air cleaned them out, no change. Anyone had this before, and can someone help. After reading threads, I am thinking sensors again, but which one... Intake camshaft position or exhaust camshaft position maybe? Anything will help, thanks everyone.

How many miles was the last oil change? What miles is on the car?

Try cleaning MAF sensor with CRC MAF cleaner.

I cleaned the Vanos selonoids and cleared P1553, so it seems resolved. Changed air filter and cleaned MAF sensor. Cleared codes, drove around, but code 1415 came back after a few blocks... More clues?
