Preventative Maintenance Fluid Replacement (with quantities)

My 2006 325i just rolled past 100,000 miles and I'm planning a few maintenance jobs (cooling overhaul, MT fluid replacement, PS fluid replacement, etc.) In doing some research, I've found the recommendations on fluids but can't for the life of me find a concise list of quantities (i.e. how much should I buy) to perform, for example, a brake fluid flush.

For posterity, I'd like to list them in one thread.

Engine Oil: BMW Synthetic Oil - 5w30 P/N 07 51 0 017 866 (6.9 quarts)
Coolant: BMW Coolant P/N 82 14 1 467 704 (xxx Gal, mixed 50/50 with distilled water)
Brake: BMW DOT 4 P/N 81 22 0 142 156 (xxx oz - sold in 12oz bottles)
Manual Transmission: Red Line MTL 70W80 (xxx quart)
Auto Transmission: ??
Rear Differential: Redline Differential Fluid 75W90 (xxx quart)
Power Steering: Pentosin CHF 11.S (xxx liter)

Thanks for anything you can add.

The manual Trans takes Redline D6

The manual Trans takes Redline D6
Redline oil has and app on there website
that tells you what the proper fluids are.
If you have and xi you have to use the BMW fluid on the
transfer case.

I put redline D6 in about two years ago and it has really smoothed
out the shifts.(yes its a manual transmission)

Google the Mike Miller maintenance schedule for a comprehensive list.

Also for a list of DIY procedures and more

The Mike Miller maintenance guide is where I got the info I originally posted. However neither that guide nor the Red Line site list quantity required. Do I need one bottle of brake fluid or three? 1 gallon of fluid for the manual transmission or 1 quart? That's the info I'm trying to consolidate here.

IIRC, ATF is give-or-take 8 quarts, but a lot of it is tied up in the torque converter, and it doesn't have it's own drain plug.
