Angry E60 Battery Drain / ICV Issue

Hey guys well I have gotten myself into a pickle here.

My car has been giving me a Low Battery Charge Warning. I got a battery replacement and registered/reset the IBS histogramm with INPA. Car is still draining the battery.
I attempted to do a draw test and there was about 3-5amps being drawn. (Way too much)

I began pulling fuses, nothing helped except when I pulled the "Engine Management" fuse (DME.) I then decided to check the car for any water. Battery compartment was dry, MPM was dry, DME (under hood) was dry and connection was strong. I tested the relay for the DME, that looked fine because it clicks when I re-install it.

I am at a loss of ideas about what this could be. The car seems to go to sleep mode as the orange light near the shifter goes off about 20-30 minutes after the car is shutdown, but the green led for the window lock on the door panel, does NOT go off, not sure if that is how it's supposed to be.

A few nights ago, I heard a buzz noise from under the hood. I put my ear close to the grille and there was clicking and buzzing. After inspection, the DISA valve seems to be clicking at random time intervals and the Idle Control Air Valve (ICV) Is CONSTANTLY buzzing. That is whats draining my battery, it is on non stop. I took the ICV out and cleaned it, cleaned the throttle body, DISA too, and it made no change to the car. I am beginning to think this is bad DME? IBS cable? (I tried unplugging, did nothing) or some other kind of electrical/coding issue...

Could there have been an option within DIS or INPA that can cause this because I did mess around with those things.

I need some assistance, someone please chime in, any help at all will be much appreciated. Thank you guys!
