head gasket and oil pan gasket

I was told today by a tuner that my 2000 M Coupe has a bit of "OIL SWEATING" around both the head gasket and the oil pan gasket.... on the right side.

Is this " normal" for a S52 engine...w/ approx 35K miles on it?

Warranty issue??

I never had a issue like this before .... can anyone shed any light orgive any advice ....

The car is still under CPO...

Peace,
D

No, it is not normal.

It has happened before though to other folks with as few miles as yours.

Yes, it is definitely a warranty issue.

Thank you Jon

I will take a firm stance at my appointment on 9/1/04 when I bring in my car for this repair.
Many thanks for your input
