328 xdrive Fuel pump

2010 328i xdrive has a failed fuel pump at 63,000 miles. I am told there is a TSB bulletin that addresses an internal fuel hose that can disconnect and cause the pump to fail. The hose has in fact become disconnected. SIB-12-21-10 is the bulletin but I cannot find it on-line. Can anyone help. Bob

Here's what a Google search came up with for said TSB:

Service Bulletin Number:
SIB-12-21-10
NHTSA ID #:
10037079
Bulletin Date:
Wed, 09/01/2010
Failing Component(s):
061000 ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:ENGINE
110000 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Summary:
BMW: SERVICE ENGINE SOON LIGHT IS ON. THE VEHICLE LOST POWER AND THE ENGINE CRANKS WITH NO START.

That narrows it down.....

I've always banged my head against the wall trying to find specific info on service bulletins.

You might try calling your local dealer's service department and sweet talking them into divulging some details about it.
