New 4 Series F32 In-Studio Photos Surface

BMW 4 Series Studio

Yesterday we had our first look at the 2014 BMW 4 Series Coupe showing off the car in a wide variety of angles. Now we have news of some real life shots courtesy of Autocar and WHATCAR who had a chance to see the car in person.

BMW 4 Series Studio

These pictures give us a better feel for the car as they are have not undergone a large amount of image post processing as some of the photos from yesterday. Take a look at the new photos and let us know if this does anything to change your opinion of the car.

I really hate the look of the side air vent. The side of the car as a result looks terrible.

I'm not a fan of the air vent or the front end in general. Of course this isn't the M-Sport that I would like to see more of. I really like the look from the rear and the 3/4 rear view.

Definitely a little too Mustangish. Something more M3-inspired would've been more appropriate.

That Plastic blank fake vent on the driver's side (front bumper) is really sad. Someone phoned that one in. Looks like too much plastic inside and out..

Badges and scoop look cheap. Does the moonroof open? Bottom line is if you like coupes this may ring your chime. I personally like sedans. My F30 M Sport looks more aerodynamic and balanced than this 4 series IMO. Really not that impressed.

This may be one of the quickest BMW to receive an LCI -and it is not on sale yet. The front screams "replace me, dammit".

Again, I was expecting more 6-Series and less 3-Series in here.

It's a functional cooling vent. It's just too bad BMW designers couldn't come up with something more attractive.

The M-sport front is better. Wish they'd get some more pics of that one done.

Looks great. Love the side vent and the overall profile, giving it a more agressive athletic look. Still upset about the lights though lol!

I think you might be in the minority on the side vent, but it isn't going to keep me from getting one.

I wouldn't mind the vents if they were body-colored and blendend in better. Maybe some people will come out with aftermarket body colored ones we can install.

The air vent is the first thing that draws attention, but for the wrong reasons. It just looks like it does not belong there. It needs be removed, redesigned or just paint over it. Just an observation, there seems to be some coincidence between BMW and Ford design elements. This air vent in this 4 series looks similar to the one found in a 2008 focus. Same goes with the air vent in M5 and Taurus.

The front looks like ninja turtles
