transmission

having issues with auto transmission, when I take off the car slipps like it transmission is about to fall out, but after it warms up it shifts real smooth, I have changed the filter and fluid, does this mean the tranny is going?

Yes, most likely. Are you 101% certain you got the fluid level correct?

your transmission is worn out, what kind of fluid are you using? You may want to swap to a thicker auto tranny fluid and it may bandage the problem for some time but not fix it.
