Silly ConnectedDrive message question.

So I've been sending nav info via Google maps to my car for a week or so, and the messages list is getting pretty cluttered. How do you delete these messages?

Trying to recall from memory, I think you open the message then select Option on your iDrive and you'll have the option to delete.

Simple - highlight the message that you want to delete, right click with iDrive, scroll to Delete, push iDrive.

What's "right click"? Is that the option button as described above?

Move the iDrive controller to the right.

There's no icon representing "delete" in the right-hand vertical icon list for System messages.

Sorry, that must have been one of the things that they changed with the new iDrive.

Actually, I was able to delete the Google Maps destinations today by highlighting them, pushing the controller to the right, and choosing delete. 2014 X3.

I think that this can only be done when the i-drive isn't set up for split screen. I have split screen on and "clicking" right just moves to the right half of the screen. I have to hit option button, then delete message.

Ah - I have split screen too. I will try the option button tomorrow and report back. Thanks!
