M62 into an e36

I'm about to buy a M62 (non vanos)(1997) running motor with tranny from a friend for $200, I was originally going to do the windsor 302 mustang swap but I'm being offered a good price so I might as well jump on this and keep the e36 bavarian powered. I've been searching up a lot and have not found too much info, does anyone know if they sell a mount kit or a swap kit for the M62 4.4 liter from a 97 540i? I know I may need to fabricate some custom parts.

Uh, you're going to have to do a LOT of custom fabrication and wiring... I think swapping an M62 into an E36 is one of the biggest losing propositions one could come up with. They aren't easy to swap in, they don't make big power when stock, and they are hard to get more power out of when modifying.
