If you have a preference for the color of roof rails or exterior trim, be sure your order shows what you want. I found that the specification sheet created from the website did not show my selection of aluminum trim with the M Sport package. The default is black trim.

Lastly, I really wish we had a trip overview option in the nav which would list all the interstates, roads I'm supposed to take (in case I want to avoid certain roads).
On my 15 mile stretch to work I get about 29 when I go real easy but then it is 20 % city and 80% highway. It is to know that we can get 33 on highway.

There is text overview of the trip, after entering destination, in the map view, push the idrive knob to the left twice. Click on trip info and the text list of turn by turn direction is in there.

I do not know much about connected drive - was wondering how can get google location on to my I drive ? Car is still under factory warranty. When I tried to connect it asked me talk to customer service. What service is needed for this transfer of google locations from iPhone ?

Did you register your connect drive with the operator yet? You have to sit in the car and push the SOS button to register it. They will ping your car and establish the connection.
