Do you know what residual they are estimating? That really makes a big difference when trying to figure out how good of a deal you got.

The residual should be 62% for 39mo/10k per year.

Sounds good to me, 269 a month to drive a BMW? Sounds like a hell of a deal, also considering BMW's online deal of 298 which I originally thought was excellent.
