Mein Auto: bmw E46 ZHP
Concrete blocks on parking lot

Hey guys quick question for something stupid i did. I was stopped on a shopping center and i didnt realized that on front left side there is an one of those concrete blocks ... so anyway i switched on 1st gear and went one bumped into the block with my left wheel and went over it . You think any damage was done on wheels , strut or suspension

when i drove it on HWY bout 80 mph and hit brakes steering wheel stays steady . i gues rims r ok i hope

If your not getting any sort of shaking in the steering wheel while driving I wouldn't worry about it.

Just noticed that e skinned the clear coat about 1/2 foot on the driver side apron underneath . Paints is OK . what dou you thinks is the best thing to do . Should i just buy some clear coat and cover it up ?

Are you talking about paint on the body itself? you don't want it to rust?. I just used anti rust black spray can from home depot since it's not visible.

Paint is ok . Just the clear coat is stripped. I have one of those touch up clear coats from BMW should i just put few layers ?

Yup that's what I'd do. Just be careful and take your time to do a good job. Clean the surface off with rubbing alcohol.

I HATE THOSE THINGS... They are only god for screwing your car up. But like MalibuMafia said if everything is running fine and no severe danage was done then its fine. It happens to everyone.

After I purchased my car and went to the DMV for registration, I parked at Jack In The Box for lunch. As I backed out, I heard a loud crunching noise. I got out and looked at my front end and the bumped assembly was pulled about a foot or so off the car. The rebar anchoring the concrete stop block was protruding an inch or two above the surface. Needless to say - I was a little pissed off.
