Engine malfunction help

Hey guys I have a problem here I have a 08 335i it has 53k on it. Under boost or driving at the reasonable speed limit it will throw a code reduce power and is the slowest thing as to the mini van sitting next to me at a red light. I had the code checked multiable times because everytime I turn the car off the light would go off. The code was camshaft position sensor (exhaust side) so I went and picked one up still same code same issue

Only mods are muffler delete, and jb3 I usually run map 5 only but I still get the same issue with the chip on or off
