San Francisco/bay area dealership

Just got my 2011 328i and has extended 6yr/100k warranty +maintenance on it. Anyone has suggestion on a good/trustworthy dealership in the bay area?

You could try Peter Pan BMW in San Mateo / Burlingame. I've had very good experiences with them, and they really do their research even on less common things you might come to them with.

It kind of depends on the SA, but I have generally been pleased with BMW of SF. Weatherford in Berkeley on the other hand was awful the two times I went there.

Warranty work can go to most dealers with no issues. Don't go there for non-warranty work - for that Indy's can be excellent. Everyone likes Bill Arnold in San Rafael....so do I. There are others but I haven't been to them, excepting LSD install at Sonic. That went smoothly on the mech end but the front desk was a bit dissatisfying. 18 mo later, performing very well.

My experience with Peter Pan has been stellar on the service side (best in the SF Bay Area, IMO). On the sales side, they are too much in love with their cars to want to sell them.

Thanks all. I am asking because for whatever reason reading these yelp reviews for BMW dealership makes me feel that I should stay away from all of them. Don't understand all the negative press.

They think everybody it a Start Up CEO.

They think everybody it a Start Up CEO.
So you normally don't get much of deal on anything
and prices for service are sky high.
Though this is true for most major metropolitan area's in the US.

+1 on Peter Pan BMW Service, didn't buy my car from there so I can't speak from the sale side though. Selected Jordan Carrick as my go-to service advisor after looking at Yelp reviews originally, she hasn't disappointed!

If you're in the city it might be a little far, but I always took mine to Stevens Creek. They were excellent.

+1 on Jordan. She was previously at Mountain View and took really good care of my E46 M3.
